Develop a fulfilling practice that is tailored to your needs with the full attention and experience of your teacher Janna, who has been an active yoga practitioner for 25 years.
A private session with Janna can be just for you or can include your partner, family members, close friends or colleagues. As a small group you reduce the cost of the class per person, making it more economical but still intimate and personalized.
You can schedule regular private yoga instruction on a weekly basis; as a single session for a special event or private retreat; or benefit from a short series of sessions to achieve a particular goal.
A few sessions of private yoga with Janna can enhance your group class practice by providing you with adaptations for challenging postures or support and guidance for moving into more advanced postures. You can also use this time to create a customized yoga series you intend to do on your own.
Classes Available Sunday through Friday 9am – 8pm
You can choose to focus on asanas (postures) with physical fitness goals like core strength and flexibility or move in the direction of healing and stress-reduction. You can also include in your sessions breathing practice, meditation and yoga philosophy.

I help each student build a foundation according to their natural tempo and ability, based on their expressed needs and also on my observations. I employ my knowledge of traditional healing practices and the body’s innate energy systems to adapt the yoga practice for specific therapeutic effects.
